Last week I shared with you a simple process for letting go of the issues, worries, and wounds of 2016.
This week we are going to tap to start 2017 off on the right foot.
I love this particular tapping process because it is a chance for us to turn inward and give all parts of our system the chance to state what they need in the year ahead.
Just like last week, I recommend that you do this process once a day for a week. I am certain you will be amazed by how the process changes each time you do it.
