Tapping is a powerful in helping us to find relief. It can reduce pain in the moment, it can diminish overpowering emotions, and it can even help us to see a problem more clearly.

As wonderful as all of this is, I think we are missing half of the benefits that we can be getting from tapping by only focusing on the relief.

What if it was possible for us to have more than relief with tapping?

A few weeks ago at the Spring Energy Event I presented two tools which can me used to move not just from pain to relief but instead from pain to a feel or resource that is powerful.

In this week's podcast I share with you one of those two tools.

After you listen to the instruction all you will need to executes this simple but powerful tool is the following 5 steps. (And, yes, these instructions will make total sense after you listen to the audio.)

  1. Name the negative emotion that is being experienced
  2. Name the positive emotion would like to be experience
  3. Rate from -10 to +10
  4. Do 3 rounds of tapping checking in each time with the new number and to gather more info
  5. Repeat process for step 2 redefining the emotion you are moving towards
